La quinta edición de los Premios Heat será celebrada el próximo 17 de diciembre en el país, en el evento serán implementadas todas las medidas de bioseguridad y con foro controlado, según ha informado el departamento de comunicaciones Heat.
“Esta nueva entrega se llevará en un hermoso y colorido rincón de la bella República Dominicana, que este 17 de diciembre, desde el atardecer, se vestirá de alegría y magia para acoger la Quinta Edición de los Premios HEAT, los galardones que unen a toda Latinoamérica desde este paraíso en el Caribe”, informaron en un comunicado de prensa.
En esta quinta entrega se presentaran sobre el escenario los puertorriqueños Nicky Jam y Farruko, junto al dominicano El Alfa y el colombiano Camilo.
El requetonero Nicky Jam recibirá el galardón Artista Oro ‘por su prestigiosa e influyente trayectoria artística en la industria musical a nivel global’, por su prestigiosa e influyente trayectoria artística en la industria musical a nivel global, en la que se ha posicionado como una de sus estrellas latinas y gran referente del género urbano según lo informado en el comunicado.
Para esta Quinta Edición son 16 categorías de votación popular las que se apoderan de los Globos HEAT: Mejor Artista Masculino, Mejor Artista Femenina, Mejor Grupo o Banda, Mejor Artista Rock, Mejor Artista Pop, Mejor Artista Urbano, Mejor Artista Tropical, Mejor Artista Sur, Mejor Artista Norte, Mejor Artista Andino, Revelación del Año, Mejor Video, Mejor Colaboración, y las nuevas ternas creadas para este año: Mejor Artista Regional Popular, Influencer del Año y Promesa Musical.
Asimismo, el Artista Oro HEAT de 2020, y a quien se le rendirá un especial reconocimiento durante la gala, ha sido el ganador a Mejor Artista Urbano en la 2ª Edición y lo preceden en esta terna exclusiva otros íconos musicales latinos como J Balvin, Carlos Vives, Ricardo Montaner y Juanes.
En esta Quinta Edición, J Balvin lidera el grupo de nominaciones con siete categorías seguido por Farruko con seis participaciones, para continuar con Bad Bunny con cinco, ubicándose después Daddy Yankee, Karol G y El Alfa quienes cuentan cada uno con cuatro ternas, cerrando el grupo Nicky Jam, Anuel AA, Sebastián Yatra, Camilo y Pedro Capó con tres participaciones respectivamente en las categorías abiertas al público.
